I just moved into a new house and I had a RO water filter installed for my drinking water. I was wondering if this is ok to be used in my tank. I don't have any corals as of yet, but I plan on getting some eventually. There aren't any additives to the water to make it taste better or anything. Can I continue to use this water, or should I keep buying the RO/DI water?? I wasn't sure if it mattered if the was was de-ionized.

RO is fine. Not everyone has an RO/DI although I recommend it just to remove what is not removed by the RO.

RO is pretty much a accepted minimum practice in the reef keeping hobby, with RO and DI (Deionization) probably equally as common, if not more so.
