Well got the Harlequin Tuskfish I have been wanting for a while.
Picked it up yesterday from a LFS I had order for me.
Its around 4" long and looks very healthy. He ate some krill today all ready. It is pretty shy so far though hidding alot if near it but that is suppose to expected of the younger ones from what Ive read.
I have it in my 40 corner tank right now that I redid and added a sump this last weekend getting it ready for some Ocean rider sea horses next month. I will keep it in there for quarentine for the next couple of weeks. Once the quarentine is over it will go into my 90 that I just moved rock and sand from 2 other tanks into and in the middle or arranging right now. Then will transfer to a 180 or larger next year when I get a house and new tank.
I did manage to snap a couple of pics before the batteries died in the camera. Need to recharge.

That is a beautiful fish! I have never heard of one before. What are the survival rates for one of those, and where do they come from? - Jared.

They are pretty hardy. Most come from australia since they have better color which is where this one is from.

Thge only draw backs. I want a pair of cleaner shrimps but owell and will have to watch him with my smails and few hermits. If he starts munching them will have to move them to other tank which needs some anyway.

Well so far he has not eaten my 1 pepermint shrimp or either of my emerald carbs and I doubt he will eat one of the emeralds since it is pretty big. He seems to have left every thing alone crabs, snails and shrimps and is a very aggresive eater now and spends his time cruising the tank.
Seems to have settled in to his new home fairly well.
Man I love this fish wonder why it took me so long to get one.

I picked up this fish from tendar. He's doing great and seems to have adjusted well from losing both of his eyes to my mantis.
