I've heard some say that the one spot Foxface isn't as good for algae control as the one without the spot. Does anyone have experience with this?

BigLar, I have 2 foxface fish one in my 120 and one in my 180. Both are of the no spot variety. I have seen both at my LFS and actually have never heard of this spot or no spot being a problem. The fish as a species is to eat algae but I cannot say with any for sure knowledge that the spot makes a difference or not. There are quite a few species of foxface and I think we are just now starting to keep them in any great numbers as their popularity grows.
