Not jet but that is the original plan http://www.reeftalk.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif,but I have second though this day, seeing how many animals are lost because some "hobbyst" dont wont to listen advice make me sick.Customer (mostly novice)usually wont angels or tangs and,off course, colourfull corals and if I wont to make money I must order that animals. So I get beatifull angels, aclimate them to aquarium life(month or two of job),sell them to customer and they come back for 7 days and wont new specimen http://www.reeftalk.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif.So my new plan is public aquarium, where I can have all fishes or coralls which I wont without need to sell them.
But I am short for few 100 000 $ http://www.reeftalk.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Yes the fish buseniss is a tough one some times. I worked part time a LFS fro a 1.5 years and see so sad things some times.
Looks like next weeks poll will http://www.reeftalk.com/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif be how many tanks so you have.

Tracey wasn't the 90 at your shop? So you no longer have a reef tank at work?

Katspaw

Chuck, both tanks are at my shop. the 255 is in the office/ customer waiting room, and the 90 was in the lunchroom. I had a few fish and some corals, but moved them over to the 255. Making a total of 11 fish in the 255, none will get all that big so I still have room to add more if I want later. I was worried that having two tangs in that tank, but they don't even notice the other one. The Domino noticed the purple tang when he went in, but the tang, although smaller, put the domino in his place very fast. And here I was worried about having two tangs together. The sea world is such a mysterious place isn't it.

No Chuck, my house would not be able to handle the weight of that tank. The floor at work has a 6 inch thick cement floor. And that way I didn't have to shore up the floor. This was the most logical way of doing things. And I get to enjoy the tank all day long.

Thanks for the kind words Michael. I haven really updated the website with this tank totally but have been plucking away at it. The tank was made by a good friend for me (he is a custom builder).
Thanks again

I think for most of us a better poll would be what size tank have you not run before ?

Show Tank progressed from 45g, 90g, 190g, 320g over the last 7 years.

Also had ancillary tanks of 14g, 30g, 37g, 40g, 50g, 75g on and off over the years with as max of 4 up and running at a time......

Now only ancillary tanks I want are ones that are plumbed into the main system. Just don't want to mess with multiple tank parameters anymore....
