I need to get a pump for my 75 gallon Dutch, soon to be sps reef tank.

I have a couple questions.

1) what size of fuge should I put on it?
2) how much flow should go through it?
3) is 2400 gph to much for a closed loop on a 75 gallon, this would also include my filter that is located in the tank?

Refugiums are always the bigger the better. Flow through the refugium will depend on the size and what you plan to keep in it.
2400 is pretty good flow in a 75. Now is it to much? NO, if you can break it up into many differnt returns of good size so you dont have jets of water shooting out the will strip the paint off your car or flesh off the corals.

I concur with everything Tendar said and would add that the refugium be separate from the sump as you would want slow water flow through there to allow beneficial organisms to develop.
