Do any of you think a twin bulb set with one full spectrum white light and one blue actinic light is enough to show the colors of two ocellaris clownfish, one rabbitfish, one saddled toby and one flame angelfish?

The answer to you question could be a simple yes but it really requires more info for a proper answer. ie: size of the tank, depth of the tank, wattage of the bulbs.

For just fish I think it will give decent color depending on depth of tank.
