I Have Thousands Of Tiny Bubbles In Water, Not Sure Why?

Happy New Year To All! I have thousands of tiny air bubbles in my tank. I set it up about a week ago. I have a sump with a protein skimmer and I built my own durso standpipe to cut down on the noise level in the overflow tank. Maybe some of you have an idea of why I have these bubbles or where they could be coming from. I have also posted about this subject in the general area. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
