Ok how do I make a sump out of a rubbermaid container? What do I use to make the baffels?

YOu can use some acyrlic cut to size at a hardware store or some thing more simple is to place a small bucket the is taller than water line in your sump and drill a few 1" holes in the side at the bottom and have the water draining from the tank go into it works fairly well also.
