Concrete Aquariums?

I have a friend who is interested in building a concrete aquarium to hold 2500 ltrs. Can anyone please offer advice as to the stucture for such a tank. Possibly one of you may have plans used for a similar excercise? It would be 3 walls and the one glass panel preferably.

I read somewhere that concrete needs a period of cure. I think it was under the DIY stuff for making live rock you might want to glance at that for info on what concrete to use.

I read about a concrete tank once, Richard Harker (Marine Fish & Reef contributor) has one set up...I believe one has to paint or coat the inside of the tank to keep nasties form leaching in. Look in the 2004 annual reef keeping issue. It has a pic of it under construction...hope this leads to more specific info!
