Anyone here of a shame face crab ?, i did a little research on the internet, not much on there except the name that crosses over to a calappa convexa which looks nothing like it
its a large crab about two / three inches in dia. and is pure white with brownish spots ,kind of cool looking
i bought one at the pet store for my all fish tank, does not seem to be bothering anything, if naything it hides 95% of the time in the sand, only saw it come out once, my pather grouper is boggled by him and keeps going up to it when it is out, don't think he can eat it but you never know
i have snails as well and he doesnt seem to bother anyone, like i said hides most of the time
just wondering if anyone knows anything about this crab, not much on the net about it ,the pet store really does not know much otherthen its a crab
thought a nice bottom feder would be nice for the tank to eat any left over food and do some cleaning but this guy does nothing from what i see
