Wattage per gallon

As a general rule how many watts per gallon would you suggest for a mixed reef tank? Right now my tank will have 8 watts a gallon.

It doesnt general go with watts per gallon as more towards the depth of the tank, the type of lights you have and the corals your keeping.

21" deep 4-110watt 46.5" VHO's Two of them are 50/50 and two are super acitic

That should be plenty of light for most stuff but sps wont color up much but they will do ok under it up high every thing else would be good.
