Any advice on brands?

I have a 120 gallon reef tank (48" x 24" x 24") and currently have only 3 florescent lights. I want to add a compact fixture to my tank. Any brands that you can suggest? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Custom Sea Life makes a nice fixture but they have gone out of bussiness but there is still some of thier stuff around other than that they all work.

If you're looking for a DIY project, go to www.ahsupply.com (http://www.ahsupply.com) They have cheap PC fixtures and they're easy to assemble on your existing canopy

I second that... AH Supply has GREAT compact lighting kits. I ordered one for our 5.5 gallon nano, and I got 2x96 for our 75 gallon tank to use in addition to some metal halides.
