Refugium Lighting

currently i just setup a refugium with some macro algae from a friend. this stuff grows like weeds in his tank with metal halide. I take it home and I have PC lighting in my refugium and no growth at all! Any sensible lighting suggestions?

anyways a single pc is more than enough to grow it but if there is not that much nutrients in your tank for the calurpa grow on then it will not grow as fast.
