Montipora ? if so what can i do to make it grow?

I would guess a montipora but it really doesnt matter all sps pretty much require the same thing to grow.
Medium to strong light calcium around 400ppm and alk around 10-11 dKH, good water flow and a fairly consistant temp around 78-80 degrees.
Looks like a aptasia in front of your coral if so you will want to get rid of it.
