Is there anything in the tank for it to attach to like live rock?
Generally when the anemone finds a place it likes it will attach.

I have about 40lbs of rock in the tank, ever since I have had this anemone it refuses to attach, lately it seems to be rolling into a place that is kind of lie a cave in my tank, This one is strange, thanks for the advice

I would have no idea why it wont attach either there is some thing about the tank that is not making it happy or I have no idea.

They do that, don't forget they're crustacians like shrimps. I'm not an expert but I have one long tentacle and it actually moves around to grab crabs and fishs for food. You should look further into your case, but I don't think you should worry, as long as it settles sometimes and if it looks healthy.

Does this anemone have purple tips? If so it means that it came from shallow water. 130 watts is not enough light for this particular species. I would suggest either double the wattage or switch to metal halides. You are only getting about 4 watts/gallon right now. You need at least 7or8 watts/ gallon.
