does it move, if it does is it fast or slow are there any features it has that you can describe, Head, legs????

well it looks an awful like the sea cucumbers i have in my tank. usually they just grope around in the sand eating whatever they come across. provided tehy arent bothered to much they are supposed to be fairly safe in teh tank. though they CAN be toxic if irritated. they can excrete a nasty venom if irritated.
but if it is a cucumber you should be ok.

Looks to be a cucumber almost exactly like the one I got yesterday and had to pay for mine.

Thanks for the help. We were leaning towards sea cucumber but I just wasn't sure. It's nocturnal and semi slow and seems to stick to just one area of the tank, stretching it's self out from behind a rock approx. 5 inches. I have yet to located it during the day.

Cucumbers are scavengers like most clean up crew and most are night scavengers less chance of being eaten that way.
