I'm relatively new here, is there a place to find all the acronyms that are used on the site, SPS, LFS Frags, ect. I'm not familiar with all of these abreviations.

I dont know of one but list what you would like to know and can give thier long names like
LFS= local fish store
SPS= small poly stonie (is hard coral)
Frags= Are fragments of a coral removed to grow a new colony
