DIY Protien skimmer

This is a counter current unit that I adapted from manufactures and DIY people alike. It works well with most power heads. Please let me know if any has any better ideas or modifications.

(2) 4"to 1 1/2" reducers
(1) 16" piece of 4" Scd. 40 PVC
(3) 3/4" PVC 90 elbows
(3) 1/2" PVC 90 elbows
(1) Length of 3/4" sch.40 PVC
(1) Lenght of 1/2" sch.40 PVC
(1) 4" Cap
and a 5" piece of 1 1/2" PVC to connect reducers.
