Colt Coral

Ivan cut my power to my 55 gal. reef/fish tank for 3 days until I went and found an inverter and powered everything from my pickup. All is doing well except my large colt coral. It is staying in the dark-colored, withdrawn night position. It tries to open up a branch at the time, but never quite makes it. I have done countless water changes. I am new to this and don't know what to do. Help!

What are your water parameters reading and how hot or cold did the tank become during the outage?

My colt used to come and go even when everything was fine, at times it would go a couple of days...I would say that as long as your water if good it will come around...I say just let it be and be patient...
