new kid with 55 gal tank

I have 55 tank set up for about 2 months added some live rock 1 mushroom 3 snails and 3 damsels all of the damsels died. ph, nitrate, nitrite,and amonia levels are all fine
any suggestions?

What about Salinity?and temp,and phosphates!

Dumb question but did you bother to acclimate them before you put them in the tank?
