I understand that Peppermint shrimps are known to eat Aiptasia but are there an fishes that would do the same ? I was told that some Butterfly fishes can wipe out Aiptasia too.
Any one know of other natural predators of Aiptasia ?

Peppermints and Copper band butterflies are the only things I know of, and of the two the peppermints seem to do a better job. The copper band is hard to feed sometimes

peppermints will get the job done on small aiptasia, some times the big ones they will not touch, i have personally seen copper band b'flys and some times racoon b'flys eat aiptasia. Have you heard of the product Joe's Juice? Its great in the since that it does not harm your corals or any invert in your tank. Also you do not have to directly inject the aiptasia the liquid kind of falls into the aiptasia. Beware that it only works on the ones you hit, so i would recomend peppermint shrimp and joes juice or a bfly and joes juice to get the job done right

Copperband butterfly is the master for aiptaia control.Had terrible problems and in less than 30 days he has almost cleaned them out. Also eating bristle worms. Please use caution though. They will harress feather dusters and are difficult feeders. Have seen mine eating brine shrimp so they that please.
