Feeding routine

I'd like to get the advice of the big dog's regarding feeding.This is my routine MON:Flake TUE:Reef+ w/Zooplex & Mysis WED:Flake THUR:Reef+ w/Flake FRI:Mysis SAT: Zooplex w/flake SUN:Flake
SEACHEM REEF+ =10ml
ZOOPLEX=7.5ml
MYSIS=1/2 Frozen Cube
Flake=Two Pinch (Not overfed)
This is a 40 gallon with softies and Two Montipora and One yellow gorgonian. Two Mated True perc's,Two blue/green chromisis,One PJ cardinal,One yellow tang,One Mandarin Dragonette,and two Shrimp(Cleaner&Pepermint).
I've been doing this routine for several weeks and have seen good results,But for peace of mind I'd like to check with the reefing comunity! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/peace.gif

I fed a lot of stuff to my tank in the beginning and it got to be a real pain, while reading other posts I found that some don’t feed anything, so I tried it. That was almost 4 yrs ago and to this day I haven’t lost one yet. All the corals get is whatever dissolves from the flake food that I feed my fish every other day, my tank stays a lot cleaner and my corals still grow just as fast and are spreading all over. Although I am no "big dog" that is what works for me. maybe Chuck, Sue, and Gregg will chime in on this one they and others have a lot more experience.

Checked My water yesterday,
Nitrate=20ppm
Nitrite=0
Amonia=0
Phosphate=.15ppm I think it's time for a water change /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

I'm not saying it will make your tank dirty to feed all that stuff, if your skimmer can keep up with it and you have enough critters in there to consume everything great. I personally didn’t find it necessary to feed that much. I guess not feeing anything sounds weird but it works for me, maybe I got lucky with the flake food I use and a lot of it dissolves and supplies enough food for the corals.. Who knows
