I was just wondering what everyone is adding to their reef tanks? Trace elements and such, if any. Just a small poll I guess.

I dose Seachem Reef Complete(CAlcium) when I need to, usually every 2-3 weeks,Seachem Reef Plus (Trace & Vitamins etc.) 5ml once a week, Seachem Reef Iodide 5ml once a week,
Seachem Reef Carbonate when I need to usually 2-3 weeks also. Thats about it. I add Seachem Reef Calcium to my makeup water very low dose. This calcium is easliy uptaken by corals due to it's simple composition, meaning they absorb it without exerting very little energy to convert it.
Polygluconate complexation confers several benefits: it increases the bioavailability of the calcium, it provides a rich source of metabolic energy to help maintain peak coral growth, and it prevents calcium precipitation/alkalinity depletion. Polygluconate contains no nitrogen or phosphorous, thus it is biologically impossible for it to lead to algae growth in a properly maintained reef system.
