What are they and how do I kill them

I know their some sort of polyp but I need to know if there is anything that will eat them or a way to kill them off and keep them from coming back without destroying the other stuff in the tank, they are spreading at an unbelievable pace and I’m afraid they will smother other corals. Any help would be appreciated thanks

they look like aiptasia, but i am not sure,
if it is you must go to you LFS and get somthing to get read of it, it can take over and kill your tank.
pepermint shrimp will eat them.

I'm pretty sure they are not aiptasia, I have had aiptasia before and I do have peppermints in the tank. They look just like pulsing xenia but shorter, they do not pulse and are brown
