I came home like always after work and was watching over the tank when i noticed my female peppermint shrimp wasnt acting abnormal. I study her for a min. as my 6 line wrasse and zebra damsel followed her around, and thought i would destract the fish and go ahead and feed like normaly after work. As I had expected it distracted the fish and my peppermint shrimp was just trying to molted. Now as soon as the peppermint shrimp had her last leg out of her molt my F***ing figi tomoto clown snatched my shrimp ate half and gave half to my condylatis anemone. Now my question is why? Just a delightful snack? I have a 20 gallon long tank with 10 gallon sump/refugium. I feed corals everday so I dont think the fish was straving. I have 6 fish, now 3 shrimp, and a good CUC. Only thing i can think of is either to aggresive or need a bigger tank. clown is 3.5 inches and shrimp was like 1.5 inches.
