Description: The Leaflip Grouper is also known as the Spotted Soapfish, Snowflake Soapfish, or Leaflip Soapfish. This fish is silverish-brown with white spotting over the entire body and has black tiger stripes along its dorsal edge. It is an aggressive fish and may eat tank mates as well as crustaceans. The mucous of the coat is toxic and is a deterant to other fish that may try to eat it. Feed this fish meaty fresh foods as well as other frozen preparations.
