Positive aspects of the product (pros): low prices, a lot of info
Negative aspects of the product (cons): none for most: i had one (see comment)

I order 45 pounds of fiji live rock. I paid extra money for Saturday delivery. Well, the box arrived on Friday morning and I didnt notice it until Saturday morning. Afternoon temp was 100 F, so the rock was completely dry and devoid of any life. They refunded me the $30, but I still lost $125. There wasnt even any bacteria to weight down my sand.

I have heard only great things about them, so I would say they are goodd vendors.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): I got beautiful rock at a great price...fast!
Negative aspects of the product (cons):

I ordered 60 lbs of Lalo live rock and it is just beautiful. I had it shipped next day, got here at 9:30 am. The outer styrofoam box was a little beat up, and there were a few gnats.... but the rock was fine. There are great pieces for caves and aquascaping. There was no bad odor, even with recent temperatures over 100. I will be using it to cycle my new tank.

There was tons of life on it... even a live peanut worm in the box. (I didnt put him in my tank.) I can see sponges, there are numerous different hard corals and a ton of red, green and yellow corraline algaes. There are duster clusters and scallop/clam shells of many kinds as well. It is almost a shame it cant be shipped in water, even though there was relatively little dieback. I cant wait to see what else will pop up on it!

I definately recommend getting live rock from them... its a hundred times better than anything I could have gotten in an area store, and cheaper too. Just have to 'cure' it yourself.

UPDATE: Ordered Nerite Snails a few Turbo snail, some red tip and zebra dwarf hermit crabs and they arrived in great shape- only one little hermit crab didnt make it but Ithink another crab killed him to get his shell. And the Turbo snails I got- one is so big I may have to take him to the pet store! He is over an inch and a half wide!
